Digiforms software enhances your form filling processes by streamlining or automating each of the following keys steps:
- Preload your forms with existing data, for reduced and more accurate data entry.
- Capture new data using a Tablet PC, Windows PC, or Digital Pen.
- Verify the handwriting recognition results and validate data relationships (postcode evaluation, business rules, etc.) on your form.
- Transmit your data variety of formats (csv, xml, ODBC, MSJet, Outlook, etc.) with existing enterprise systems.
Tablet PC Solutions
Digiforms on a Tablet PC will convert handwriting into machine readable text as you write. Drawings, diagrams, and a number of other data sources may also be captured if needed (images, audio, barcodes, gps, attachments of any files, etc).
Verification and validation checks are performed as the user is collecting data in real-time, at the ‘scene’ of data collection
Digital Pen and Windows PC Solutions
Digiforms supports Anoto based digital pens from various vendors such as Nokia and Logitech. Fill Anoto based paper forms with the digital pen, dock the digital pen with your PC and Digiforms will capture and convert ink into machine readable form.
Verification and validation checks can be performed on the PC when the pen is docked.
Digital Pen and Mobile Phone Solutions
Digiforms supports the transmission of ink data directly from Anoto-based digital pens via mobile phone. Fill Anoto based paper forms with the digital pen, tick the send box and the data will be sent to the Digiforms server. The Digiforms server will convert ink into machine readable form.
Verification and validation checks can be performed on the Digiforms server.
